Refund Policy – Latvy Technologies

1. Full Refund (Work Not Started)

   • If you cancel your project/order at the initial stage, before any work has started, you will be eligible for a 100% refund.

2. Partial Refund (Work in Progress)

   • If work has already commenced, a refund will be provided after deducting the charges for the tasks completed up to that point.

3. No Refund (Work Completed)

   • Once the project/work has been completed and delivered, no refund will be applicable.

4. Third-Party Charges

   • Any third-party costs (e.g., domain purchase, hosting, software licenses, paid plugins, or advertising costs) are non-refundable.

5. Processing Time

   • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
