    • Delays in providing materials or approvals may result in a shift of delivery dates.

  3. Delivery Commitment

    • Latvy Technologies is committed to delivering projects within the agreed timeline.

    • Any unforeseen circumstances or scope changes will be communicated promptly along with revised timelines.

  4. Revisions & Changes

    • Minor revisions (as per agreement) will be delivered within the committed timeline.

    • Major changes or additional requirements beyond the agreed scope will be treated as a new request and may affect delivery dates.

  5. Testing & Quality Assurance

    • All projects undergo internal testing before delivery to ensure quality and functionality.

    • Clients are encouraged to review and test the delivered project before final approval.

  6. Final Delivery

    • The project will be considered successfully delivered once the client has approved the final version.

    • Post-delivery support and maintenance (if included in the contract) will be provided as per the agreed terms.

  7. Delays Beyond Our Control

    • Latvy Technologies is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including third-party services, hosting/server downtime, or client-side delays.
