Project Timeline
Project timelines will be clearly defined in the agreement/proposal before commencement.
Timelines may vary depending on the scope of work, client approvals, and timely submission of required content/materials from the client.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide all necessary information, content, and approvals on time to ensure smooth project progress.
Delays in providing materials or approvals may result in a shift of delivery dates.
Delivery Commitment
Latvy Technologies is committed to delivering projects within the agreed timeline.
Any unforeseen circumstances or scope changes will be communicated promptly along with revised timelines.
Revisions & Changes
Minor revisions (as per agreement) will be delivered within the committed timeline.
Major changes or additional requirements beyond the agreed scope will be treated as a new request and may affect delivery dates.
Testing & Quality Assurance
All projects undergo internal testing before delivery to ensure quality and functionality.
Clients are encouraged to review and test the delivered project before final approval.
Final Delivery
The project will be considered successfully delivered once the client has approved the final version.
Post-delivery support and maintenance (if included in the contract) will be provided as per the agreed terms.
Delays Beyond Our Control
Latvy Technologies is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including third-party services, hosting/server downtime, or client-side delays.
